Owned and operated by Elizabeth Lee, the Bioholistic Store encompasses the belief that the choices we make as individuals affect the whole. Protecting our loved ones, ourselves and the Earth Mother can only be realized if eco-conscious products are made available to discerning consumers.
Feet First is a course of study taught by Elizabeth. I like to use a holistic framework for teaching and this class is no different. We'll learn at the basics of foot anatomy, skin care and therapy techniques. The techniques will include reflexology, deep tissue massage, effleurage and meridian awareness. We will discuss working with challenges such as edema, joint limitations, toxic situations including gout and diabetes.
Intended for people who want to help family and friends, the course meets twice weekly, Monday and Wednesday at 7pm, beginning on September 21 for 8 weeks.
I have a couple of rooms for students who want to stay here for the course. Just contact me and we'll work something out.
