These handy little patches will keep delivering the soothing Tiger Balm ointment into an area of congestion/pain. Best placed on or near the spine to relieve referred pain. Just put your clothes on over the patch and go about your business. Your body will absorp the ointment quickly, which you will feel, unless you are numb. If you are numb, it is even more important to stimulate the area. Get a good deep muscle massage and work the soft tissue, including the tendens and ligaments.
